Waltham handed Brockton their second loss of the season. Chris Samaras gave an outstanding performance in net stopping 41 out of 44 shots on the night. The Boxers got off to a 1-0 lead with a goal from Brian Sheehan in the first period. However, the Hawks responded with 3 unanswered goals in the second period and after a scoreless third, the game ended 3-1. Despite the loss, Brockton gave its finest team effort of the season.
