• Team Massachusetts, an all-star roster of players from Mass. high school programs, will be taking part in the Nike Bauer National Invitational Tournament beginning Friday, November 4 in New Hope, Minn. Preview the Team Mass Roster and the Tourney's participating teams and bracket.

• The Northeast Showcase will take place this Sunday, September 11th in Marlboro. Alex Radcliffe will represent Brockton High School on Team Massachusetts- Blue.  Team Mass Blue will face-off against Team Rhode Island at 3:10pm. Click here for team rosters, schedules, and more info.
  

• The top players from the Northeast Showcase will be selected to represent Team Mass in Minnesota at the Bauer NIT Tourney.



• Congratulations to former assistant hockey coach, Bill Devin, for being named the new Athletic Director at BHS.

• The Top Gun Coaches League in Hingham starts this Wednesday, June 29. Click here for game times and team assignments.

• Juniors Nick Seropian and Matt Guillemette were named to the Enterprise All-Scholastic Ice Hockey Team.
  

• Brockton finished the regular season 12-4-4 before bowing out to Norwood in the MIAA Division I State Hockey Tournament. The Boxers showed some promise and look forward to returning to the ice next season.

• Brockton (12-4-4) will host Norwood at Asiaf Skating Rink on Wednesday, March 2 at 7:30pm in the 1st Round of the Division I South MIAA State Hockey Tournament. Please, come out and support the Boxers!

• The Boxers followed up a tough loss to Natick with a 1-1 tie to Walpole. Brockton finishes the regular season 12-4-4 and awaits the seeding selections for the Division I State Hockey Tournament. The Boxers opponent for the first round should be posted by Saturday evening.
  

• The Boxers defeated Brookline, 6-3, to improve to 12-3-3. Next up is a tough match up in Natick on Tuesday at 2:40pm.
  

• The Boxers clinched a birth in the Division I HS Hockey State Tournament by defeating Durfee on Saturday afternoon. Next up for Brockton is a home ice battle with N. Quincy on Monday, Feb. 7th at 8pm.
  

• The Boxers were featured on the front page of today's sports section in the Brockton Enterprise ('Brockton Taking Strides to get Back to Glory').

• Brockton improved to 7-2-1 by beating Everett at home on Saturday afternoon. Nick Seropian and Pat Mahoney had two goals apiece and Adam McCarthy chipped in with one to lead the Boxers.
  

• The Boxers defeated Newton North, 2-1, in a thriller at the Fesseden School in Newton on Monday afternoon. Matt Guillmette (goal) and Nick Seropian (goal and an assist) paced the scoring for the Boxers.

• Brockton High School Hockey is the topic of an article in today's Boston Herald (Jan 16).'Boxers Fight for Respect' by Jim Clark.
  
  

• The Boxers defeated Durfee on Saturday afternoon to improve their record to 5-2-1. Brockton returns to action against Newton North this Monday at 3pm.

• Waltham handed Brockton their second loss of the season. Chris Samaras gave an outstanding performance in net stopping 41 out of 44 shots on the night. The Boxers  got off to a 1-0 lead with a goal from Brian Sheehan in the first period. However, the Hawks responded with 3 unanswered goals in the second period and after a scoreless third, the game ended 3-1.  Despite the loss, Brockton gave its finest team effort of the season.  

• Too little too late for the Boxers on Monday night against Silver Lake. Despite 3 third period goals in the final 4 minutes of the game Brockton fell short and drops to 4-1-1.

• Brockton defeated Dedham to win the Petruzziello tournament on Wednesday night and improve to 4-0-1. After 5 road games to start the season the Boxers will play their first home game on Monday night vs. Silver Lake. The puck drops at 6pm.
  

• The Boxers won 7-1 against Brookline in the opening round of the Petruzziello Tournament at Nobles on Tuesday night. Pat Mahoney led the offense with four goals.The finals will be played tomorrow night December 29th at 7:30pm.
  

• Brockton defeated St. Peter Marian at Holy Cross on Wednesday night. Sophomore, Richie Natale made his first start in net for the Boxers. 

• Brockton High School hockey is sorry to announce the passing of Wally Allegro, member of the 1979 BHS Hockey Team. He will be sadly missed. 

• The Boxers defeated Silver Lake in their season opener on Saturday. Ryan McIntosh and Mike Heffernan led all scorers with 4 points each.
  

• Marion Sturdevant, a longtime friend and  volunteer recently passed away after a brief illness. Marion dedicated more than 30 years to hockey in Brockton and will be sadly missed.
